Purchase Policy

STEP 1 – SELECTING THE TICKET

1. Go to the homepage of tremdocorcovado.rio.

2. Browse through the available tickets and select the one you want.

3. Click the I Want button to start the purchase process.

 

STEP 2 – SELECTING DATE AND TIME

1. After clicking I Want, select the desired date for your visit.

2. Choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase.

3. Select the available time slot for your visit on the chosen date.

 

STEP 3 – LOGIN OR REGISTRATION

1. You will be redirected to the Login or Register screen.

2. If you already have an account, log in with your username and password.

3. If you are a new customer, follow the steps to register, using the same information as the credit card holder that will be used for payment.

 

STEP 4 – ORDER REVIEW

1. Review all the details of your order on the summary screen, including the date, time, and quantity of tickets.

2. Check that all information is correct before proceeding.

 

STEP 5 – PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Choose your preferred payment method:

Credit Card: Select the card type, enter the card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder's name.

Pix: Follow the instructions for payment via Pix.

2. After selecting the payment method, click Finalize Purchase.

 

STEP 6 – VOUCHER GENERATION
1. After finalizing the purchase, the system will generate a voucher.
2. This voucher must be presented at the Trem do Corcovado ticket office to collect your tickets.

 

STEP 7 – TICKET COLLECTION
1. To collect your tickets, present the credit card used for the purchase and a photo ID at the ticket office.
2. If someone else is collecting the tickets on your behalf, a written authorization will be required, along with copies of the documents mentioned.

 

IMPORTANT: On your credit card statement, the purchase will appear under the name Ingress*Tremdocorcova.

Documents required for ticket collection:
a. Credit card used for the purchase: You must present the credit card used to purchase the tickets. This is essential to verify the transaction's ownership and protect against fraud.
b. Photo ID: You must present a valid official photo ID, such as an ID card, driver's license, or passport, to prove the identity of the purchaser. This ensures that only the authorized person can access the purchased tickets.

Ticket collection by third parties:
1. Only the voucher holder and the credit/debit card holder may collect the tickets. If the purchaser cannot collect the tickets in person, the following guidelines must be followed:
a. Written authorization: The purchaser must provide a written authorization stating the full name of the person authorized to collect the tickets on their behalf.
b. Copies of documents: In addition to the authorization, the designated representative must present a copy of the purchaser's identification document (as mentioned in item 2 above) and a copy of the credit/debit card used in the transaction.
c. Identity verification: The designated representative must verify their identity by presenting a valid official document with a photo and signature.

If you purchase through this channel, your purchase may be subject to analysis and approval by our Security Department, which may request additional documents for account verification before finalizing and delivering your order, as established in our Security Policy.
In case of regret, cancellation, or rescheduling, we will follow the Consumer Defense Code and our Cancellation Policy.
